STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES
For new build, refurbishment, and remedial structural works.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES
Architectural design services for domestic and commercial clients; we provide a design service for new build, or refurbishment projects to our clients. Our objective is to provide attractive original designs that optimise the key natural features of a project site to create the best quality useable spaces that fulfil our client’s objectives. The level of design service provided can vary from preliminary design to Planning Permission preparation/submission, to tender stage and finally to construction level detailing.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
This can be carried out from various stages of a project. From the preliminary estimate phase to tendering the works to the award of Contract to the supervision and coordination of construction works, to ensure quality and adequacy of work completed.

  • Coordination of Project Design and Construction works to ensure that it effectively and efficiently fulfils the client’s requirements.
  • Cost Control. This includes negotiating and liaising with the contractor to ensure that project costs are as per budget.
  • Issuing of Opinion of Compliance

PLANNING PERMISSION
The offering of planning advice and the preparation and submission of Planning Permission documents.

FIRE SAFETY CERTIFICATE
The preparation and submission of Fire Safety Compliance documents to the relevant local authority as required for commercial premises and apartment complexes as stipulated in the Building Regulations.

INVESTIGATION AND REPORT ON SPECIFIC BUILDING DEFECTS
The investigation, documentation and compilation of report on building defects, giving recommendations for the necessary remedial works, and an associated cost estimate.

BUILDING SURVEYS
Inspection and the assessment of the condition of the structure, fabric, finishes, and services of a building. This is usually carried out prior to the purchase of a property.

SCHEDULE OF DILAPIDATIONS
The documentation of defects at the beginning or end of a tenancy / lease.

SNAG LISTS
A compiled list of shortcomings, defects or irregularities with a new property. Documentation of a Snag List helps ensure that a new built property is in compliance with all the current Building Regulations, approved Codes of Practice and meets all Health & Safety issues.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE / EXEMPTION
Recommended for any extension, refurbishment and alternation works.
